No personality at all and very unfriendly. They apparently don’t like their jobs and it really shows. The front desk people could careless that you are there. The cleaning lady told me no rooms have coffee makers in them anymore because they kept breaking down. They used to have Keurig and it was awesome. The toilet seat didn’t have a cover on it, they don’t offer any kind of coffee makers in the room anymore. My husband and I are both smokers and we couldn’t stand the smell. Unfortunately on Saturday we had a suite, it was the only room left which was a smoking room, and it was very small and smelled of smoke so bad.
They are so nicely decorated and very nice furniture.
